This Privacy Policy explains how Paintable Pictures LLC ("Paintable Pictures," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit paintablepictures.com, contact us, request a quote, or work with us on a custom mural project.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and project information, such as your name, email, telephone number, organization, event details, project needs, delivery information, and messages with us.
• Project materials, such as artwork, photographs, logos, brand information, proofs, approvals, testimonials, and event media.
• Business and transaction records, such as quotes, invoices, purchase orders, payment status, shipping details, and related records. Payment credentials may be handled by a payment provider or financial institution rather than by us directly.
• Website and device information, such as IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, pages visited, links selected, referral source, campaign information, and the date and time of a visit.

We may receive information directly from you, from another person or organization involved in a project, from service providers, or from publicly available sources.

We use website analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. Those providers may receive website, device, and campaign information. When enhanced conversions are used, contact information may be converted to a one-way hashed value before being sent for matching. We do not intentionally send inquiry messages or uploaded project files to website analytics or advertising providers.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may treat certain advertising or measurement activity as "sharing," "sale," or "targeted advertising" even when no money changes hands.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We and our providers use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for website operation, security, analytics, campaign attribution, and advertising measurement. These technologies may help us distinguish visits and understand how people find and use the website.

Our website is intended for business and event organizers, not children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. This does not prevent children from participating in an appropriately supervised mural activity organized by a customer.

We are based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our providers operate, which may have different data-protection laws from your country.
